Peacebuilding and US Policy

1. 3D worked with the Conflict Prevention and Resolution Forum to hold a year-long series of forums on the concept of 3D - development, diplomacy and defense - as a framework for US foreign policy. 3. Foreign Assistance Reform: The 3D Security Initiative and the Alliance for Peacebuilding developed a submission to the Congressional committee proposing to rewrite the US Foreign Assistance Act and the State Department team writing the Quadrennial Development and Diplomacy Review (QDDR).
